The Owners Contract
As responsible breeders, we must try and ensure our dogs are kept as safe as possible. For this reason we have contracts in place for every puppy we have sold.

Requirements include but not limited to:

-
The Dogs welfare MUST be maintained, and the dog cared for properly.
-
No rehoming or selling of the dog. Rehoming can only occur with the breeders direct involvement. The breeder will take the dog back and find it a home or shall stay with the breeder. The dog MUST not go to shelter or to a non agreed, by the breeder, new owner. Our dogs are our responsibility, all dogs come back to us, and after a period of time the owners forfeit any refund.

-
The dog MUST not be bred unless breeder permission is given, dog assessed by breeder for breed standards and passing a Breeding Quality Exam set out by the breeder. This exam is to determine if the dog is of breeding quality health wise to limit genetic conditions being passed on to future generations. Pedigree papers will not be signed over until completion of BQE, agreement by breeder that the dog is suitable for a breeding program and the owner has suitable mentorship. Alternatively post neutering.

-
ABSOLUTLY NO CROSS BREEDING OF THE DOG!

These contracts have been written up with the assistance of a solicitor and are legally binding. Breaking on this contract will result in a fine as mentioned in the contract, and/or removal of the dog with no refund. This is to protect the breed and more importantly the welfare of the dog. Contracts examples will be sent out to be read before deposit is placed.
